1. Who we are

Borderless Markets Club is operated by Allifescience Ltd, Lordou Vyronos 61-63, 6th Floor, Office 602, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (Reg. no. HE 383139). Allifescience Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: contact@borderlessmarketsclub.com.

2. What data we collect

When you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the information you choose to share with us: typically your name, e-mail address and phone number. We do not ask for or collect financial data, identity documents or other sensitive data through our forms. We also receive basic technical data when you visit this website (such as browser type), and our website does not use tracking cookies.

3. Why we use your data

We use your data to process your membership application, to contact you about your application and next steps, to organise product, app and software tests, and to deliver rewards and member perks. If you have given us your separate consent, we also send you our e-mail newsletter; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every e-mail.

4. Where your data is processed

We use trusted service providers to store and process contact data, including customer-relationship and e-mail systems (for example HighLevel Inc. and Google LLC) which may process data outside your country. We only work with providers that offer appropriate safeguards for personal data.

5. Sharing

We never sell your data. We only share it with the service providers named above as needed to run the membership programme, or where the law requires it.

6. Storage period

We keep your data for as long as your application or membership is active, and delete it when it is no longer needed for these purposes or when you ask us to.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you can withdraw any consent you have given. Simply write to contact@borderlessmarketsclub.com. If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority; for Cyprus this is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
